Who is this for?
This workshop is perfect for moms who are approximately 4-5 months postpartum or have regained some core control and are looking to progress their fitness journey.
What you'll get:
- 6 Weekly In-Person Sessions: Join us every Wednesday evening from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM at Summit PT & Performance, starting April 30th and running through June 4th. 🗓️
