Calling all moms who are ready to take their postpartum fitness to the next level! 🎉 Our Advanced Baby Weights workshop is a 6-week in-person program designed to help you build strength, confidence, and connect with other amazing moms.

The best part? We limit the group size to 6 people, so you get personalized feedback every step of the way.

Who is this for?

This workshop is perfect for moms who are approximately 4-5 months postpartum or have regained some core control and are looking to progress their fitness journey.

What you'll get:

  • 6 Weekly In-Person Sessions: Join us every Wednesday evening from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM at Summit PT & Performance, starting April 30th and running through June 4th. 🗓️
  • Challenging and Effective Workouts: Learn advanced exercises to build strength and endurance. 🏋️‍♀️👶
  • Expert Guidance: Train with Mila Deych, an experienced physical therapists who specialize in postpartum recovery and fitness. 👩‍⚕️
  • Supportive Community: Connect with other moms on a similar fitness journey. No babysitter? No problem! Feel free to bring your baby to class with you, or leave 'em home and take the hour for yourself 🤗
